Does Bamford + Bamford ever have sales?
We are direct importers, and as such are able to pass along great savings directly to our customers with everyday low prices. We, as many of you are, are constantly annoyed by companies who advertise sale after sale after sale. It makes one wonder when they ever are honest about their pricing.
So no, we don't have "sales" as a rule, however from time to time we may offer special pricing on certain items in the fall after the season is over. If you'd like to be kept aware of any upcoming specials be sure to register for our mailing list.
What does "frost-proof" pottery mean, and what are the guarantees?
A vast majority of our pottery is high-fired stoneware from Viet Nam, and we guarantee it for a lifetime against cracking or breakage due to freezing temperatures. However this is contingent on the customer's due diligence of maintaining clear drain holes in each pot, and protecting them from high winds that may topple tress planted in pots. We always offer to drill additional drainage holes for you if desired, as standing water in a frozen pot is the surest way to invite breakage.
Can I return pots I don't like?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bamford + Bamford. As such, we invite all of our clients to live with their new pots for 30 days to ensure complete satisfaction of your choices. Should you decide at any time during those 30 days to return or exchange your pots, we will gladly accept them. Exchanges are always honored within 30 days, and refunds are granted with your receipt.
